#GivingTuesday
Published December 1, 2020
Each holiday season, we’re committed to giving back to the community. This year, we’re choosing to donate to three incredible organizations: Black Prisoners Caucus, the Loveland Foundation, and Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. Each organization supports BIPOC folks in a unique way, and we love each of their missions and visions. Often, the most vulnerable people are impacted most when crises hit our communities, so in a year with significant crises that has affected everyone, we picked a few organizations dedicated to supporting marginalized communities. If you can’t give financially, consider sharing this post!
A portion of all Little Tree Blend sales this holiday season will go toward each of these organizations, and today please enjoy 10% off your entire order with the code: GIVE
The mission of the Black Prisoners Caucus is to promote cultural growth and provide incarcerated men and women the tools and platform to confront social issues that perpetuate discrimination, inequality and oppression among prisoners and poor communities of color. Our purpose is to provide a medium for Black prisoners to work collectively to improve our family relationships, our facility, and the communities that we are absent from but still belong to.
Loveland Foundation is committed to showing up for communities of color in unique and powerful ways, with a particular focus on Black women and girls. The Loveland Therapy Fund provides financial aid for Black women and girls seeking therapy.
"Black women and girls deserve access to healing, and that healing will impact generations."
Northwest Immigrant Rights Project
Northwest Immigrant Rights Project promotes justice by defending and advancing the rights of immigrants through direct legal services, systemic advocacy, and community education.
"Keeping families together, protecting people from violence, and standing up to injustice"
We hope you’ll take time today to give to a cause or organization that impacts your life, family and community! If you do, please spread the word and comment on our instagram post!
